Pea Shoots
Mild, sweet flavour with a satisfying crunch. One of the most palatable microgreens — works raw, in stir-fries, and blended straight into smoothies.
Health benefits & research
Rich in dietary fibre, folate and vitamin C, supporting digestive health, gut microbiome balance and immune function. High in plant-based protein relative to other microgreens. The mildest, most palatable powder in the range — easy to blend into smoothies, soups and sauces without affecting flavour.

Striped Sunflower
Thick, crunchy stems with a mild nutty flavour. A restaurant staple for texture contrast in plating. High yield per tray.
Health benefits & research
Contains essential vitamins C and E, potassium, magnesium and iron. Vitamin E is a powerful fat-soluble antioxidant protecting cells from oxidative damage. Sunflower microgreens provide significantly more iron at 23.9 mg per serving compared to many other varieties. The nutty flavour carries well into powder — one of the better-tasting microgreen powders and a strong smoothie addition.

Radish Mix
A blend of China Rose, Vulcano and Daikon — peppery heat, colour contrast and visual drama. Popular with chefs for garnishes and plating.
Health benefits & research
Radish microgreens belong to the Brassicaceae family and contain bioactive compounds that may slow cancer cell growth and prevent tumour formation. Rich in polyphenols including flavonoids which reduce inflammation and lower blood pressure. The radish powder is the myrosinase activator for the Activation Stack — amplifying sulforaphane production when combined with broccoli powder.

Deep purple stems, vivid green tips. Grown for visual impact — the most dramatic single-variety garnish in the range. Peppery heat.
Health benefits & research
Same bioactive profile as China Rose radish — rich in Brassicaceae polyphenols, flavonoids and glucosinolates with anti-inflammatory and cancer-preventive properties. The deep purple colour comes from anthocyanins, potent antioxidants. Best experienced as a live tray where the visual contrast is the main selling point.

Black Mustard
Intensely spicy and aromatic. A culinary microgreen — small amounts add bold heat to dishes. Popular with chefs who use them as a seasoning element rather than a garnish.
Health benefits & research
Contains glucosinolates — compounds that mitigate inflammation and belong to the Brassicaceae family known for cancer-preventive bioactive compounds. Anti-inflammatory properties due to high concentrations of phytonutrients. As a powder, small doses add significant heat and flavour — position as a culinary powder for the chef and home cook market, not a supplement powder.

Pre-order via WhatsApp →Chinese Cabbage
Mild, delicate and high-yield. Best used fresh as a restaurant base for layering other microgreens, in wraps, and in salads. Not available as a powder.
Health benefits & research
High-yield Brassica microgreen with a mild flavour profile and feathery texture. Rich in vitamins C and K, folate and fibre. The delicate fresh texture is the primary selling point — this variety shines in live-tray applications where no other microgreen can replicate the volume-to-cost ratio.
The Activation Stack
Broccoli Microgreens Powder activates sulforaphane — but only in the presence of myrosinase, an enzyme that decreases during drying. The Radish Blend Powder supplies active myrosinase, completing the activation pathway. Together they deliver the full sulforaphane hit.
